How do I take it?

CVO - Tomar 2 cápsulas diariamente de 600 mg, junto con los alimentos por la mañana y otras 2 cápsulas con los alimentos de medio día (tomar preferentemente 30 min. antes de las comidas), acompañada con un vaso de agua/jugo de 240 ml.
