Start your morning with this delicious smoothie that, in addition to being delicious, improves skin elasticity, reducing wrinkles and strengthening your joints.
Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 scoop of AWY
- 1 handful of almonds
- 1 sachet of monkfruit
